Lloyd is the Managing Director of RGRL and Co Ltd.

Lloyd is a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children and has an extensive practice in the areas of Employment Law and Civil Litigation. Lloyd has had conduct with cases were the client has suffered catastrophic and life changing injuries and has had contact of a number of high profile employment cases which have involved representing individuals before various regulatory bodies including the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the General Teaching Council for Wales.

Lloyd’s hobbies include rugby and running. He is and has been a Governor of a number of local schools and is a member of the Llangefni Rugby Club for which he played for a number of years before injury forced his retirement.
