Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection

You may want to ensure that if your health deteriorates in the future, that close family or friends can assist you by making important decisions on your behalf. By choosing to create a Lasting Power of Attorney you get to decide who can step in on your behalf at these difficult times and give them the authority to deal with your affairs when necessary.

If you are concerned about a friend or family member whose health has already deteriorated then we can also advise and assist in applications to the Court of Protection and do our best to help resolve difficulties in a sensitive manner.
